As a service for his clients, Musti offers full creative freedom in designing a custom piece. Musti will go through the design process with you, and share with you the steps involved with building the right piece of jewelry for you; starting from scratch or building from a piece you already have and want to simply alter. During your consultation, you will go over the details of metals to be used and stones that will adorn your custom piece. He’s created beautiful custom pieces for engagements, wedding rings, special bridesmaid’s gifts, and for all special occasions that mark something for you and your loved one.

Appointments are strongly recommended, in order to ensure that the designer will be there to listen and visualize exactly what you want in your design.
For rings, it is best if you know your exact ring size for ordering products. You can either visit a local jeweler to get your finger sized or use ring sizing guides online. For local customers, we can provide sizing for you at the store.
Necklaces are designed at 16 or 18 inches. Custom necklace lengths are specified in the product description. If you are unsure of which length is appropriate for you, we recommend measuring a string or using a tape measure to guarantee the necklace falls at the perfect length. All the items are handcrafted with the finest attention to detail by designer Musti, his bench is on site at our Santa Monica retail location. For online orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for item(s) to be shipped.
Store Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. Exchanges are however accepted within 7 days. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please notify us by phone, email, or fax within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If the item is defective when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we may pay close attention to the issue. We will repair the item and ship it back to you.
Store credits are issued once items are received for exchange purpose. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.

We recommend using padded envelopes or small boxes and purchasing a delivery confirmation service when shipping your item for exchanges, to make sure your item arrives to us without any problems.
If you change your mind about an order, please contact us by phone and notify us. If the item is already in production, we will honor a store credit in the amount that was paid. If the item is not yet in production, changes can be made, and price adjustments will be applied if needed at the discretion of the designer.
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All orders that ship within California are subject to a 10.25% sales tax. Out-of-State orders will be exempt from sales tax. Shipping costs will apply.
We accept the following credit cards American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Pay Pal as a form of payment. Purchases are charged to your credit card when your order is received to process.
Musti will repair all jewelry items, including items from your personal collection. Please inquire by phone or email if you have any further questions. Repairs usually take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. All repairs are tax free.
We have a professional ultrasonic machine that will safely clean all Gold jewelry. Silver jewelry must be polished, and we offer this service as well. Jewelry cleaning is always complimentary.
